6. Commission (For Agents)

  • Agents earn a 1% commission on the successful sales they refer
  • A sale is considered successful only when:
    • Payment is completed
    • Order is fulfilled
  • Commissions are paid monthly (on or before the 7th of the following month)
  • No commission is paid for:
    • Unsuccessful transactions
    • Sales not directly attributable to the agent

7. Misrepresentation

Agents and users must:

  • Represent the Company accurately
  • Use only approved marketing materials

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Loss of commissions
  • Legal action

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared must not be disclosed to third parties. This obligation continues even after termination of use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

  • Without notice for violations
  • With notice where applicable

Agents may also terminate engagement with one week’s written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Drinks Direct shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss arising from misuse of the platform
  • Unauthorized actions by third parties

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
